Lucille DiPietro Star has a background of over 20 years in the event planning industry, having started a wedding and party planning business prior to passing the bar exam in her home state of Massachusetts. Since that time, she has founded and operated a lucrative event planning and entertainment company in Las Vegas which boasts an international roster of corporate and private clients, and is responsible for the personal management of nationally acclaimed performers. The Abbey Group of Las Vegas, Inc. and its subsidiaries, Star Entertainment Worldwide and Gold Star Records have developed into contenders in the industry, the latter having been named as "Most Influential Up and Coming Independent Record Label" by the CMA in 2002. Ms. Star has also achieved recognition for her professonal and charitable contributions, and is honored to have been named as a lifetime member of the elite Social Register of Las Vegas.

As a graduate of Bates College and Boston College Law School, Ms. Star worked as a Congressional intern in Washington, D.C., and was a legal intern at the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts.

A specialist in family law and child custody, Ms. Star was presented with an Award of Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

She has received recognition and awards throughout her career and has held some prestigious statewide leadership positions, including a two terms as President of the Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus.

Ms. Star has been involved with a number of Bar Associations in Massachusetts as a Board member, and was also elected President of the First District Eastern Middlesex Bar Association, as well as President of the Middlesex County Bar Association. Ms. Star has spoken before her peers in the legal community, most recently at the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Annual Convention 2000. 
 
Ms. Star has been included in a Commonwealth Magazine article concerning influential women in politics, and has been the subject of a 2000 Boston Globe article, "Lawyer with a Mission." 
 
She has hosted two talk radio shows in the Boston area, and was a host on the Talk America Radio Networks. 

Ms. Star resides in Henderson, Nevada with her husband Doug Kramer, and their dogs Abigail & Betsy.
